VAT<\/p>\n EU CO-FUNDING: EUR 1,207,912,00<\/p>\n The purchase of the serviced housing units in the Harpf building on Celjska cesta in Slovenj Gradec was carried out through the Public Call for Purchase of Housing Units and Land for Building Housing Units in 2020.<\/p>\n Taking into account the contract value under the sales contract and other eligible costs, we estimate the total project value to be around EUR 2,650,500.00 including VAT.<\/p>\n The new facility will provide 27 new public serviced housing units at non-profit rents, which are expected to be available by the end of 2022.<\/p>\n The final occupancy permit was obtained on 8 December 2021.<\/p>\n The Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia has also obtained EU co-financing for the Harpf serviced housing project under the Resilience and Recovery Plan Component 16: Housing policy, investment: Providing public rental housing units amounting to \u20ac1,207,912,00.<\/p>\n The Harpf building is designed to be energy efficient and will provide a comfortable living environment with low operating costs. The building is designed with GF+3 floors and a flat roof, with 27 serviced housing units and a lounge. The five ground-floor apartments have an atrium. All housing units will be equipped with kitchens, cupboards and sanitary facilities in the bathrooms. Storage facilities are provided in the individual housing units. The property has an associated external landscaping, and is connected to all necessary \/ available public utilities. The building’s car park is actively greened and provides 22 parking spaces. Pedestrian routes are separated from roads (asphalt) and are equipped with urban amenities (benches, baskets, lighting).
