VAT<\/p>\n<p>EU CO-FUNDING: EUR 1,884,450.00<\/p>\n<p>The purchase of public rental housing in the Vrata Javornika building in Ravne na Koro\u0161kem was carried out through the Call for purchase of housing units and land for building housing units in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Taking into account the contractual value under the sales contract and other eligible costs, we estimate the total value of the project to be around EUR 4,139,000.00 including VAT.<\/p>\n<p>The new facility will provide 35 new public rental housing units at non-profit rents, which are expected to be available by the end of 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia has also obtained EU co-financing under the Resilience and Recovery Plan, Component 16, for the Vrata Javornika project for the purchase of public rental housing: Housing policy, investment: Providing public rental housing units, amounting to EUR 1,884,450,00.<\/p>\n<p>The Vrata Javornika building is designed to be energy efficient (class A2) and will provide a comfortable living environment with low operating costs. The building is designed as a B+GF+6 flat-roofed building with 35 public rental housing units with associated off-street parking spaces. Storage facilities are provided in the basement of the building. The building will have associated external landscaping and connections to all necessary\/available public utilities. The car park of the buildings will be actively greened with an &#8220;urban forest&#8221; of tall native trees &#8211; maple trees, derived from the name of the area (Javornik, which means Maple). Pedestrian routes will be separated in height and material from roads and will be equipped with urban amenities (benches, baskets, lighting).
