{"id":17032,"date":"2017-10-10T13:23:24","date_gmt":"2017-10-10T11:23:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ssrs.si\/public-rental\/"},"modified":"2023-10-20T10:55:30","modified_gmt":"2023-10-20T08:55:30","slug":"public-rental","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ssrs.si\/en\/public-rental\/","title":{"rendered":"Public rental"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Public Rental Housing \u2013 an opportunity for owners and subtenants<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Public Rental Service is defined by the adopted amendment to the Housing Act and the Decree on the implementation of public rental service of Housing as a new form of state assistance in the provision of rental housing, in particular for young people, young families and other socially vulnerable or housing-deprived groups of the population.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white;\">As the only public rental service provider in the country, the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia acts as a liaison and service provider between the sub-tenant and the landlord throughout the entire rental housing management process.
