Call for tenders for housing – rental for young people.

As a pilot project for young people, the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) is launching a call for proposals for affordable housing for young people in various locations across Slovenia in apartments of the Fund and other participating landlords, of which certain housing units are primarily intended for group renting. The target group of this call for proposals is young people aged between 18 and 29 who are dealing with a housing problem for the first time or who do not have a satisfactory housing solution.

Selection notice

In the framework of the Call for Tender for Housing – Rental for Young People of 1 October 2018, the 27th selection of tenants took place on 27 November 2020. We did not receive any rental applications during the 27th application period.

For the next selection, 3 more housing units (6 beds) are available for rent:

BOR051 – Borovnica, Ob Borovniščici 10   (3 beds)

BOR141 – Borovnica, Ob Borovniščici 19   (2 beds)

NMB001 – Novo mesto, Podbreznik 112   (1 bed)

The new Call dates will be announced when the revised Call is approved at the end of 2020.
