HMELINA SERVICED HOUSING UNITS – RADLJE OB DRAVI

 

The operation is part-financed by the European Union under the Recovery and Resilience Facility. The operation is implemented under Component 16: “Housing Policy, Investment: Providing public rental housing units.”

EU CO-FUNDING: EUR 1,649,071,95

The purchase of the serviced housing units in the Hmelina building in Radlje ob Dravi was carried out through the Call for Proposals for the purchase of housing and land for the construction of housing in 2022.

Taking into account the contractual value under the sales contract and other eligible costs, we estimate the total value of the project to be around EUR 3,595,400.00 including VAT.

The new facility will provide 28 new public serviced housing units at non-profit rents, which are expected to be available in mid-2024.

The Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia has also obtained EU co-financing for the Hmelina serviced housing project under the Resilience and Recovery Plan, Component 16: Housing policy, investment: Providing public rental housing units.” amounting to EUR 1,649,071,95.

The Hmelina building is designed to be energy efficient and will provide a comfortable living environment with low operating costs. The building is designed as a B+GF+3 flat-roofed building with 28 serviced housing units and a community space. Four housing units on the ground floor have an atrium. All housing units will be equipped with kitchens, cupboards and sanitary facilities in the bathrooms. Storage will be provided in the basement of the building. Heating and hot water will be provided by heat pumps located on the roof of the building. The building will be landscaped with associated external amenities. The building will be connected to all necessary/available public utility infrastructure. The block’s car park will be actively landscaped and 24 on-site parking spaces will be provided. Pedestrian routes will be separated from carriageways and will be equipped with urban amenities (benches, baskets, lighting). Covered outdoor bicycle storage room will be provided. An outdoor waste separation area is provided.
