General information

The Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia owns real estate throughout Slovenia, including properties that are no longer needed for business purposes, and the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia has decided to gradually sell these properties. When disposing of real estate, the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, as a public law entity, is obliged to comply with the relevant regulations, in particular the Physical Assets of the State and Local Government Act (Official Gazette of RS, No 11/2018 – hereinafter: ZSPDSLS-1) and the Regulation on Physical Assets of the State and Local Government (Official Gazette of RS, No. 34/2011, 42/2012, 24/2013, 10/2014, 58/2016 and 10/2014, 11/2018 – ZSPDSLS-1– hereinafter: the Regulation).

According to the regulations, the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia can sell real estate with an estimated value of less than EUR 20,000.00 by direct sale contract, while for other real estate, a public tender or public auction must be held. Exceptions or derogations to the above are regulated by the ZSPDSLS-1 and the Regulation. The Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia generally sells properties above an estimated value of EUR 20,000.00 by electronic public auction.

The remaining properties for sale are thus classified into three categories: properties for sale (estimated value below EUR 20,000.00), properties currently for sale by electronic public auction and properties for sale in the near future.

The purchase of properties marked “at public auction” shall be carried out in accordance with the published content of the electronic public auction notice.

Individual properties can be visited during the published electronic public auction, at the times specified in the call for auction. For other properties, please register for a visit by emailing ejavnedrazbe@ssrs.si and provide your name, surname and a telephone number where you can be reached. If you are interested in purchasing any other properties of the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia that are not under sale procedures (visible on the website), you can submit a petition for the sale of a specific property to the following e-mail address: ejavnedrazbe@ssrs.si and indicate your name, surname and a telephone number where you can be reached. In your petition, please provide the identification details of the property. We will look into your request and reply to your email address.
