The founder of the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia is the Republic of Slovenia, the rights and duties of the founder are exercised by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia. The Fund’s governing bodies are the Supervisory Board and the Director.
The governing bodies of the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, a public fund, are the Supervisory Board and the Director. The Supervisory Board has five members. According to the Fund’s founding act, the members of the Supervisory Board are experts in the fields of housing and town planning, accounting, finance, law and real estate. One member of the Supervisory Board is a representative of the beneficiaries or users of the Fund’s services. The Director of the Fund is appointed by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on behalf of the founder, the Republic of Slovenia.
