The Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, Public Fund, (hereinafter referred to as the Fund), attended the Conference and Final Meeting of project partners on 13. and 14. November 2024 in København, Denmark.
The SUPER-i project is a European project for Financing Investments in Energy Efficiency – Smart Finance for Smart Construction (H2020 Project_B4E-11_Financing for Energy Efficiency Investments – Smart Finance). The consortium includes 13 entities from 6 countries, namely Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Denmark, Belgium, and Slovenia. The project aims to contribute to energy efficiency in the social housing sector by establishing direct dialogue at the local level between financial institutions, other private investors and social housing managers. It also seeks to develop effective financial schemes by collecting relevant data on energy efficiency investments. The Fund will receive a total 35.875 EUR in grants as part of the project.
The Fund cooperates in the project with a pilot project location – the building Neža 26a and 26 b, Trbovlje, where energy renovation of the building has been completed. The renovation included thermal insulation of the facade, thermal insulation of the ceiling against the unheated attic and thermal insulation of the basement ceiling. Additionally, apartment gas heaters and radiators were replaced, and electric water heaters for sanitary hot water were installed. The works were completed during the project’s duration, and funds were also obtained from the Eco Fund for certain implemented measures.
At the event, partners presented the work carried out over the past 33 months. The discussions focused on the progress of the project and the final activities required from individual participants.
