NOO projects

The Recovery and Resilience Plan (NOO) is a national programme of reforms and investments to mitigate the economic and social impact of the covid-19 pandemic in Slovenia. The NOO actions support long-term sustainable growth and address the challenges of the green and digital transition up to 2026.

The NOO is the basis for the use of the Recovery and Resilience Facility, which is the most financially comprehensive part of the NextGenerationEU European Recovery and Resilience Package. The Slovenian NOO, together with the plans of other Member States, will contribute to promoting the economic, social and territorial cohesion of the European Union.
