The Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, Public Fund, as part of the project attended the Annual meeting of partners of the project on the 7. – 8. November 2023 in York, Great Britain.
The SUPER-I project is the European project for Financing Investments in Energy Efficiency – Smart Finance for Smart Construction (H2020 Project_B4E-11_Financing for Energy Efficiency Investments – Smart Finance). The project aims to contribute to energy efficiency in the social housing sector by establishing a direct dialogue at local level between financial institutions, other private investors and social housing managers, while helping to develop effective financial schemes by collecting relevant data on energy efficiency investments. The fund will in all receive a 35.875 EUR grant as part of the project.
The Housing Fund cooperates in the project with pilot project location – the building Neža 26a and 26 b, Trbovlje, where energy renovation of the building is currently underway. A measure of thermal insulation of the facade, thermal insulation of the ceiling against the unheated attic and thermal insulation of the basement ceiling will be implemented. At the same time, the gas stoves and radiators will be replaced, and electric boilers will be installed for the preparation of hot sanitary water.
At the event, the work done by the partners in the past 27 months was presented, we discussed the project’s progress and obstacles, as well as the further development and necessary activities of individual participants.
