Programme for granting loans for the provision of non-profit rental housing units (Official Gazette of the RS no. 27 of 29 March 2013)

Welcome to our website, where you can find out about the content of the Call for Proposals for the Programme for the granting of loans for the provision of non-profit rental housing and residential units.

The Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, a public fund, co-finances the provision of non-profit rental housing and housing units in local communities and supports local communities in the exercise of their housing competences by providing favourable long-term housing loans under the Programme for the Allocation of Loans for the Provision of Non-Profit Rental Housing for the period 2013 to 2016.

All information on the content and implementation of the Programme can be obtained on the basis of a written request in person at the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, a public fund in Ljubljana, on Poljanska cesta 31, by phone (01) 47 10 500 or by e-mail to: ssrsinfo@stanovanjskisklad-rs.si.
