Properties for sale

When disposing of real estate, the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, as a public law entity, is obliged to comply with the relevant regulations, in particular the Physical Assets of the State and Local Government Act (Official Gazette of RS, No 11/2018 – hereinafter: ZSPDSLS-1) and the Regulation on Physical Assets of the State and Local Governmen (Official Gazette of RS, No. 34/2011, 42/2012, 24/2013, 10/2014, 58/2016 and 11/2018) – hereinafter: the Regulation).

According to the regulations, the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia can sell real estate with an estimated value of less than EUR 20,000.00 by direct sale contract, while for other real estate, a public bidding procedure or public auction must be carried out. Exceptions or derogations to the above are regulated by the ZSPDSLS-1 and the Regulation. The Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia generally sells properties above an estimated value of EUR 20,000.00 by electronic public auction.

The list of properties is thus divided into three categories: properties for sale (estimated value below EUR 20,000.00), properties currently for sale in an electronic public auction and properties that will soon be for sale.

The purchase of properties marked “at public auction” is carried out in accordance with the published content of the electronic public auction call for tenders, and a link to the content of the call for tenders is published for these properties.

Individual properties can be visited during the published electronic public auction, at the times specified in the call for auction. For other properties, please register for a visit by emailing ejavnedrazbe@ssrs.si and provide your name, surname and a telephone number where you can be reached. We will inform you of the date of the visit by email.

If you are interested in purchasing any other properties of the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia that are not under sale procedures (visible on the website), you can submit a petition for the sale of a specific property to the following e-mail address: ejavnedrazbe@ssrs.si and provide your name, surname and a telephone number where you can be reached. In your petition, please provide the identification details of the property. We will look into your request and reply to your email address.
