Public call for the purchase of housing units and land for construction of housing units in 2022 and 2023

The Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, a public fund, informs interested bidders that as of 11 April 2022, the text of a new Public Call for the purchase of housing units and land for the construction of housing units in 2022 and 2023 was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no.50/2022.

With a new public call, the Fund invites interested bidders (natural persons, legal entities governed by private and public law and local authorities) to submit binding offers for the sale of groups of housing units and residential buildings and land suitable for the construction of residential buildings throughout Slovenia. The Fund will, during the period from the publication of the public call until the available funds are exhausted or the public call is closed, purchase housing units and land suitable for the exercise of its activities (rental) according to the criteria and other conditions of the public call as broadly defined in the public call.
